I'm writing my story on the Del Paso Blvd. streetscape. It seems like a lot of people are a little hesitant about the street because it doesn't exactly have a great repuatation. My aim is to give people insight on the good things happening and to encourage them to visit the street. Speaking from personal experience, there are some good food and entertainment and I recommend them.
The research for this article hasn't been too difficult. I went out onto the street and talked to business owners and community members and got their input. The city officials who helped make the streetscape possible were rude, however. Well, actually, it wasn't the city officials themselves but rather their assistants. Maybe it was because I'm just a student.
Other than that, everything seems to be going smoothly. If anyone has any information on the streetscape, feel free to let me know!
